Fundraising

Fundraising is a critical part of running the Seaforth Band Program. The funds raised are used for the following:

  • Marching Band Uniforms
  • Instrument repair/replacements
  • Color Guard flags, props and uniforms
  • Specific large instruments
  • Trailers, buses and transportation
  • Competition Registration Fees
  • Drum Major Camp
  • Show Music composition
  • Choreography for band and color guard
  • Props
  • Sound System equipment
  • Awards and Recognition

There are many ways to support the band in addition to donations, the Band Association runs multiple community fundraisers, including Pampered Chef, See’s Candies, Spring Mulch Sales, UNC Concessions and multiple local dining events throughout the year.
